Shipping policy

We ship worldwide, except for Russia.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier operations, customs processing, and other external factors. Estimated delivery time is typically 2-4 weeks, but delays may occur.

Once an order has been shipped, QBSAY is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs inspections, border restrictions, or carrier disruptions.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
