All sales are final once an order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment.

Unfulfilled orders

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at qbsayclo@gmail.com.

Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us.
